Right of withdrawal

Bovis is subject to the distance selling of goods to consumers with Legislative Decree No 6 September 2005. 206 (Consumer Code).

The Consumer Code provides that the right of withdrawal be exercised only by natural persons acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession (consumers). The right of withdrawal, therefore, can not be exercised by natural or legal persons acting in their own business, commercial, craft or profession, or an intermediary (professional).

The consumer has the right to exercise the right to cancel the contract within 10 working days from receipt of the goods, returning the asset to which the withdrawal INTACT IN ITS ENTIRETY (PRODUCT AND PACKAGING) to the seller, who will reimburse the price of returned goods. By law, the cost of transport in both directions will not be refunded.

What to do

1. Retrieve the invoice sent with the products.
2. Retrieve product packaging.
3. Contact customer service for Bovis to open the practice of withdrawal.
4. Pack the items in their original packaging and wrapping. Bovis reserves the right not to accept products if not packed in their original packaging.
5. The goods must be sent at his own expense, to the warehouse starting address specified by the customer service of Bovis.

If the item arrive's damaged at the warehouse, Bovis reserves the right not to accept the goods.


Within 30 working days from receipt of goods, Bovis will be credited to the customer the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the bill. In this amount will not be including shipping costs, as provided by the Consumer Code.


Information under the Privacy Act

Bovis, pursuant to the statute.
